Wallet modes

Ghost OS has two execution modes. You can switch at any time in Settings.

Ghost Wallet Mode

A wallet generated for your account, encrypted at rest, signing server-side after policy checks: max transaction size, daily volume, slippage caps, and an emergency pause. Built for speed — confirm in chat and the transaction broadcasts. Your keys are exportable at any time (Settings → Security), because self-custody is a right, not a feature.

External Wallet Mode

Ghost prepares the exact transactions; your connected wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom) opens them for approval in order. Keys never leave your wallet. Fees are bundled inside the route itself — Ghost never appends surprise transfer approvals.

The same rule governs both: nothing executes without your confirmation, and success always means a real hash.
